Brazil is officially in sorrow
I was going to name the article “No Neymar, No Party”, but after witnessing their defense get chopped in peaces, how could I do that? Brazil’s defense looks like a 100 year old grandpa with missing teeth!
They have tortured their fans in Brazil and around the world by displaying complete lack of concept and desire to win. With Neymar out, there is simply no one to score for Brazil. What just happened? Wasn’t Brazil a team filled with so much talent that there would be awesome players left out of the team squad simply because there was no space for all of them. These past two games, their spirit has been broken, they were completely outclassed and lectured by Germany and Netherlands. The roles of who is supposed to be the teacher and who is the student have been reversed.
I think their coach Felipe Scolari should resign effective immediately and Brazil Federation should go to the drawing board and start from square one. There are plenty of amazing coaches who would die to get an opportunity to coach a team like Brazil.
This has been a complete embarrassment for the nation that is identified with th game of soccer like no other. Being booed from their fans for 90 minutes tells it all.
